- Overview of Organization and Services:
Coastal Connections, Inc. supports people with disabilities to achieve their full potential by creating personalized programs that promote living, working, learning and playing in the community. The agency’s mission is deeply rooted in the belief that a person with disabilities can become an essential contributing member of their community through dynamic programs that create an environment of lifelong learning.
COASTAL CONNECTIONS PROGRAMS:
PETALWORKS is an adult day program that provides support to adults with multiple disabilities.
VOCATIONAL / MID VOC is a combination of two programs serving individuals ages 22 through adulthood with mild to moderate developmental disabilities.
EMPLOYMENT AND DAY SUPPORT is a full continuum of employment supports for individuals with funding from DDS.
