MassHealth and other state agencies provide some transportation to eligible consumers. Contact agencies directly to find out if you qualify.

MassHealth (MA Medicaid agency) providing Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT); Department of Developmental Services (DDS) providing transportation for adults enrolled in day habilitation, day service, supported employment and residential support programs; Department of Public Health's Early Intervention Program (EI) providing transportation to and from early intervention programs for children (birth to three years) and families; Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission providing transportation for individuals with disabilities to vocational rehabilitation services, community services and other MRC-authorized locations or programs; Massachusetts Commission for the Blind providing transportation for blind individuals to social and rehabilitative programs and services, as well as to other MCB-authorized locations or programs; Department of Mental Health providing transportation to DMH-authorized locations for consumers of DMH Clubhouse services. Clubhouse services provide employment and education support services, housing support services, and other support services to help individuals live a productive and stable life in the community.
