Lazarus House

  • Overview of Organization and Services:
Lazarus House has programs for people who are homeless or who have low income by offering emergency shelter, food, and clothing to people in crisis and then providing transitional housing, advocacy, education, and work preparation.

Lazarus House feeds people through our soup kitchen, food pantry, evening bag lunch, and winter soup truck. We provide food to anyone who is hungry.

Our thrift stores are a hub of activity. We sell affordable items or give vouchers for free clothing, household items to people in need.

For many in desperate need, the Lazarus House Emergency Shelter is both the last line of defense and the first ray of hope.

Lazarus House works to move families and individuals out of poverty and homelessness, to stand on their own with dignity.
